John L. Altieri, Jr.
John L. Altieri, Jr., a partner of Boutin & Altieri, P.L.L.C., has a wide array of experience in trials, appeals, and arbitrations, involving insurance coverage and business disputes throughout the United States and Europe. Mr. Altieri's practice areas include representation in complex business litigation, insurance coverage litigation, business fraud litigation, banking litigation, and antitrust law.
Before joining Boutin & Altieri, P.L.L.C., Mr. Altieri was a Partner of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, and was the head of the litigation department of its New York office. Mr. Altieri has the ability to make complex business matters understandable to civil case jurors, and has written chapters on jury selection and jury verdict forms, which have been featured in the ABA West Treatise on "Law and Practice of Insurance Litigation." He has also lectured extensively on allocation, good faith, and the management of mega claims at continuing education programs for lawyers, insurance claim managers and other insurance professionals.
