We also provide guidance in the registration, management and enforcement of our clients’ intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, and trade secrets.  We are experienced in the drafting of applications for trademark and copyright registrations, license agreements, co-existence agreements, and clearance letters.
