We are committed to working collaboratively with our clients, the various departments, boards and authorities to identify and address potential approval requirements early in the process. Our attorneys regularly appear before a wide range of state and local permitting boards, including municipal planning and zoning boards, building departments, historic commissions, departments of environmental services, departments of safety and revenue. We represent clients in matters including site plan and subdivision approvals, requests for variances and special exceptions, excavation, septic systems, solid waste, driveway and building permits, shoreland/wetlands approvals and tax abatements.
